I'm building a business in an industry I'm genuinely passionate about, personal growth, leadership, and helping people create lives they love.
I'm originally from Puerto Rico, spent over two decades living in Grenada, and now call Southern California home, where I'm raising my three amazing children.
For most of my career, I helped others grow through leadership and education. Today, I'm intentionally creating a business that gives me freedom to continue making an impact while designing a life on my own terms.
My vision is simple: to build a business that allows our family to live with greater flexibility, experience more of the world together, and create meaningful success without sacrificing what matters most.

THE CHAPTER THAT LED ME HERE:
For nearly two decades, I built a career I genuinely loved.
Seriously, where have all those years gone?
I had the privilege of leading teams, developing leaders, and helping shape the future of education. From the outside, it looked like I'd achieved everything I'd worked so hard for. THEN LIFE CHANGED!
A major career transition, an international move, and becoming a full-time single mom challenged me to rethink what success really meant. I realized I didn't just want a meaningful career. I wanted the freedom and flexibility to build life on my own terms. That's when I began looking for a different way forward.
THE SEARCH FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT:
Like many professionals, my first instinct was to build what I already knew. I launched my own coaching and consulting business, combining nearly two decades of leadership experience with my passion for helping people and organizations grow.
I still believe deeply in that work, and it's an important part of what I do today. But as I built my business, I realized something. A traditional service-based business still depends largely on my time. If I wanted greater flexibility, multiple streams of income, and the freedom to create long-term leverage, I needed something that could grow alongside my consulting business-not compete with it. That's when I became open to exploring a different kind of opportunity.
THE OPPORTUNITY THAT CAUGHT MY ATTENTION: Personal growth has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Throughout my career, I invested in leadership development, coaching, emotional intelligence, and helping people grow. Learning has never been something I had to do. It's something I've always loved.
While exploring new career opportunities, I came across a role that caught my attention. That opportunity led to a conversation that was completely different from what I expected.
Curious, but cautiously optimistic, I decided to learn more. I asked questions. I completed the training.
I researched the company, the business model, and the products. I wanted to understand what I was saying yes to.
The more I learned, the more I realized this wasn't simply another career opportunity. It was an opportunity to continue growing personally while building a business that aligned with the life I wanted to create.
